Gib currently serves as the president and CEO of Mercy Medical Angels (MMA), the nation’s largest provider of charitable medical transportation for patients in need to reach critical clinical care. He has been with MMA for more than 15 years, after retiring from active duty in 2006 as a decorated Naval aviator. He also serves as executive director of MMA’s Angel Wings for Veterans, Angel Flight Mid-Atlantic, as well as the Angel Canines and Wounded Warriors and Angel Wheels transportation programs.

He has extensive experience in critical program and fiscal management, systems integration, problem solving, foreign military sales, and successful program delivery in the defense domain. He is the founder of BriteWerx, Inc., a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business providing consulting services in the aerospace, IT, cyber, and disruptive technology development fields.

Gib is a native of San Antonio, TX and graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is also a member of the Tulane University Athletics Hall of Fame.

Gib and his wife reside in Huntsville, Texas.
